The problem of creating harmony in relation to the mental and physical health students at present time is quite serious. Modern universities medical specialization are characterized by an increased intellectual load conditions insufficient activity, which necessitates increasing stress resistance students' organism. means culture used reduce vary for different groups people. relevance choice topic due fact that evening walks suitable people any age, including students, have no contraindications. purpose study: compare indicators emotional state quality sleep who take daily fresh air, their peers prefer spending home. It assumed combine activity process implementing elective disciplines sports with higher rates than do not use free time. study involved 180 Northern State Medical University. analysis was carried out according method L.A.
